SOC_MAXIMA

Set points that form upper boundaries at certain times, e.g. to target an empty heat buffer before a maintenance window. The soc-maxima are soft constraints in the optimization problem by default, because relax-soc-constraints defaults to True and supplies a default soc-maxima-breach-price. Set relax-soc-constraints (or relax-constraints) to False to keep them as hard constraints unless soc-maxima-breach-price is supplied explicitly.
