SOC_MAXIMA

Set points that form upper boundaries at certain times, e.g. to target an empty heat buffer before a maintenance window.
The ``soc-maxima`` are soft constraints in the optimization problem by default, because ``relax-soc-constraints`` defaults to ``True`` and supplies a default ``soc-maxima-breach-price``.
Set ``relax-soc-constraints`` (or ``relax-constraints``) to ``False`` to keep them as hard constraints unless ``soc-maxima-breach-price`` is supplied explicitly. [#minimum_overlap]_ [#projecting_scheduling_constraints]_
