RELAX_SOC_CONSTRAINTS

If True (default), avoids not meeting SoC minima/maxima as relaxed constraints. Setting this field (or relax-constraints) to False keeps SoC minima/maxima as hard constraints unless breach prices are supplied explicitly; an explicit relax-soc-constraints takes precedence over relax-constraints.
