RELAX_SOC_CONSTRAINTS

If True (default), avoids not meeting SoC minima/maxima as relaxed constraints. Setting this field (or ``relax-constraints``) to False keeps SoC minima/maxima as hard constraints unless breach prices are supplied explicitly; an explicit ``relax-soc-constraints`` takes precedence over ``relax-constraints``.
